Short wait to see the receptionist. Efficient outcome to my request for info about tetanus jabs. Had the jab within minutes!

No empathy shown. Couldn't prescribe a decent pain medication due to a sensitivity for another medication. Left surgery without a prescription for severe pain.

Went up to doctors.
Waiting a month for appointment.

I have been able to see Dr Yahya on several occasions so he has got to know me and my conditions. Seen promptly, kind care.
